imho, it's good to have a couple of lessons if you're not experienced with gaited horses. i'm still not always 100% certain what gait i'm in, and spend a lot of time looking at shadows on the ground or trying to find leaves to tolt through to make a noise to help me figure it out :) mind, all this is training *me* -- stjarni knows what he's doing. --vicka
