I don't believe Iceland wants "crazy" hot horses, but a horse that is willing to turn-up-the volume when asked. Yet come back down, hang their heads and let kids climb between their legs and pet them in the parking area minutes after the performance.
Some horses don't turn up the volume. Hey that's okay, some of us crippled, old farts appreciate that! :o) Of course there are idiots is every breed that may think it is cool to ride a crazy horse. But I don't think it is any reasonable Icelandic Horse breeder's goal to produce overly reactive, crazy, hyped up horses.
