No, Malin, that's not going to work for any sort of meaningful statistical
analysis, not unless someone keeps track of all the reasons that 50% of all
foals born are slaughtered.  It could that cryptorchidism is a factor in
some of the decisions to kill some colts. If a sizeable percentage of
slaughtered colts are crypts, then theoretically, the whole problem could be
hidden.   That's simply not a valid statistical model.
