I'm not finding anything, any more to go on... Who, when, thread title? Still.... I'm really looking for a first hand claim not hearsay. Websites, the post where someone is claiming it, etc. Not really looking for a second hand, never know if there was a miscommunication, etc. Surely if it is a common claim we should be able to point to a couple websites, posts, etc. making "the claim", not just someone claiming they've heard the claim.
