I agree. And I think that's how my daughter feels--she only wanted to show because her friends were and she thought it would be fun, all of them with their horses together. I don't think she looked at the competition aspect of it until it was there in her face. It turned her off....but then, if she had been the one winning ribbons she might have liked it. V
