It is interesting, with Tivar I never noticed symptoms or found tooth caps. Surtsey is now four and there has been all kinds of things with her teeth. A year ago at three twice she had a foul odor from her mouth and then lost a cap and all was fine. A couple of times since she has gotten a "buffalo face" for a bit, shed a cap and then has gone back to normal. I do not know what the actual schedule is. ann
