This is not Janice, but we hear them in the earl morning and during the day,
not at night. We have plenty of foxes, coyotes and bobcats and of course
mountain lions that range around here some. The peacocks do ok, I have only
found one killed in the 14 years we have lived here. I suppose the chicks
get eaten pretty regularly though as do the turkey chicks. There have been
the "wild " peacocks since we lived here and so they must do well. The
neighbors have a sheep ranch and the coyotes have killed up to 40 lambs in
one year. tood bad the lambs cannot fly like the peacocks.
