I give tetanus/encephalo together (I think), then wait 2 weeks, then give flu, wait 2 weeks, then give WNV. That's it for the year. I don't vax for flu in the fall. Probably shouldn't give it in the spring either, since it's a pretty worthless vaccine. ( I can't remember how they were combined tho--tetanus by itself or flu by itself??) But I do separate them as much as I can to help their immune systems adjust.
