Janice and Judy: Happy Birthday! It's little Landi's first birthday today too. And Cary's and my 32nd anniversary. (Yes, I was four when I got married...) Janice, I remember getting your call about Stali last year, not knowing what we'd be in for re: quarantine for Svertla and I was sleep deprived - worried because Landi didn't get his colostrums. But what we went through was nothing compared to what you went through. I so hope your birthday was perfect this year. For those on the list who haven't "known" Janice for long - some of us remember all these stories unfolding, and she started riding Stonewall, rescued Fox, took in GB, as well as going in incognito to buy Stali and Svertla from that crazy lady who was starving them. Janice, you're a gem. I don't know of anyone who's done more for so many individual horses in such a short time. Janice got Svertla out of that hell-hole and we're enjoying her so much. Judy tracked down our Skjoni and Falki when the crazy hauler went MIA with them...Man, what a couple of special ladies we have on this list - two who really go the extra mile for the horses, and for the horses' owners.
