Let's see... they've defined it in their animations, Feldmann defines it in 
his video; as does Bruno, Gudmar tried to define it in his interview (which 
is still here:

I think if the horse did a running walk, they probably would not evaluate 
the horse because he is not tolting, or they'd disqualify him, or give him a 
0.  I don't know; I don't think any of the riders can ride a runningwalk so 
that's a moot point.

The problem is that they have a very small understanding and view of gaits 
and base everything around a tolt, which is an incorrect basis, so it throws 
everything off.
