Maybe I'm misunderstanding this, but...rather than pulling on the horse's head, I'd rather personally use my leg to ask the horse to step his front end back over to the outside. But then I'm a big fan of bridleless riding/using legs/seat and staying out of the horse's mouth as much as possible. Robyn S
