When I switched horses, bringing Twist, the Standardbred home and moving Tosca , Icelandic cross, to a nearby boarding facility, I waited a few hours to observe Yrsa and Twist visiting over a stall door and then, because they both are so quiet, I went ahead and turned them out together. Yrsa turned her butt to Twisty, then Twist (who does everything very slowly) swung slowly around and turned his butt to her. Her eyes got round and I swear she said, "Oh boy, he's got a BIG one." That was the end of the fuss.
