When I bred Arthur (he is now gelded) to a jenny I had here it was very aggressive. I really thought he was gonna kill her. I found out from I think a reliable source, that that is what they do. He would chase her and chase her, bitting her neck until he finally I say "raped "her. I have the two gelding mini donkeys and they play very rough also. It looks like they are really fighting. So you might want to be prepared for that.
