I know it is a problem with toy breeds in general.I can personally say that I have experience there.I have 5 dogs.2 border collies, an aussie, a whippet and a powder puff crested.all of them I could potty train - EXCEPT FOR THE CRESTED. When I looked into it further, it seemed to be a toy breed issue. I would imagine iggies are the same.I know Tula pees all over the clinic when he brings her.
