Let's just say that I'm not rushing out to buy fish for my horses...even if our resident nutritionist (a.k.a. Janice) says so. ;) I believe those stories about the Icelandic horses eating herring back in Iceland were "sagas", were they not? Part of the old they're-not-ponies-they-have-narrower-windpipes-they-get-lethargic-when-they-grow-their -coats-in folklore. Karen Thomas, NC
