ah -- sorry, timing issue. stjarni lost his trot after throwing a shoe and a subsequent bad trim. BUT he's got it back now (except in tight corners and downhill, where he tends to get pacy or break into a canter, but we're working on that :) thanks i think to a better trimmer. the pointers are all good stuff anyway; there's always improvement to be had in every gait, and stjarni's trot is always on the agenda. i have the impression some previous owner didn't care for trotting... --vicka
