Yes, Sylvia, it is all about choices. I for one would not want to worry
about fire storms and earth quakes. Here in KY we usually have enough rain
but not too much. We have a continental climate which means that the nights
right now can be in the twenties but when the sun comes out (which happens
most of the time) the temperatures quickly climb into the fifties or
sixties.

The place I am talking about on top of a hill near the highest spot between
the Rocky Mountains and the Appalachian Mountains. It has a million dollar
view, not even you would be able to get claustrophobic up there. Kentucky
right now is on its way to catching up with NC as far as and values are
concerned.
