If you're clucking as a go forward cue and treating AFTER he's gone a step,
you're actually rewarding the stop!  If you cluck to go forward and just as
he's in the process of stepping, you click, the click is telling him that
what he did at that moment is what you're looking for. If you meant that
you're using a single cluck sound instead of the clicker, that's ok.  A lot
of people have trouble handling the clicker, reins, etc.  I use a single
cluck for the "yes" and a "kiss" for go.
