yes but if they said that I would argue dressing them silly doesnt hurt them... thats the difference i think. spending time with them to connect with them mentally and engage the thinking part of the brain, not the reacting part and putting silly costumes on is a lot different than making them bleed and causing irreparable back problems... as for loud western tack I'm not sure you can find any that really fits them, I cant...
