Well, let's try another word in place of "respect": I love my Icelandic Horse therefore I pull on his mouth and make him wear a tight saddle and heavy shoes. I love my Icelandic Horse therefore I dress him in feathers and teach him tricks. or: I appreciate my horse so I force him to tolt even if he is not conformed for it. I appreciate my horse therefore I allow him to do whatever gait comes naturally for him. Sometimes words don't really express the appropriate thoughts.
