The interviewer with the girl for the PBS Equitrekking show asked what was the most humorous thing that's happened and she made a comment in her reply that she didn't know who was more wild and spirited- the farmers or thier horses. She tells some of the excitement of riding with the farmers on the horse drive. At the end she makes a statement that she was astounded that she got through the horse drive and even more amazed to learn that they do it once a week. I've never been to Iceland but love reading books by those who have visited there and realize that they really are very different from American 'Betty' riders. I think they have as much difficulty relating to the 'Bettys' as we have relating to these farmers and how they ride normally for their work. -- Anna Southern Ohio
