Too many horses get bought and quickly dumped
> back onto dreamhorse

I am riding one of those. Hunter's last owner (and I suspect there were
many) bought him for her husband, whose 21 year old Peruvian mare had died.
He was for sale again within months and it took her about 11 months to sell
him - on Dream Horse. During that time, they'd fallen on hard times and had
to move several times. Don't even ask why I bought the horse ... I just had
one of those feelings, but even in the first awful weeks, I had no intention
of dumping him back on the market. He was too traumatized.

It's very windy here this morning and raining hard. Twist and Yrsa were in
the hall of the barn, warm and dry. Hunter was soaked to the skin, afraid
of the noise the rain made on the roof of his run in.
