While those would be the obvious signs of claustrophobia and Whisper is not visibly claustrophobic she definitely has problems with groups of horses around her and the suggested exercises would be helpful for her. The whole concept of the TTEAM work is to 'chunk down' an exercises, instead of increasing pressure to get what you want we find a slightly deviation in direction and come back to the road you wanted to be on.
