He has very little coat and then he has been shaved on the lower half for the riding. It is going to be in the high seventies here this week. I finally got my Icelandic stirrups yesterday and will put them on my borrowed saddle today some time. I am waiting for my side pull bridle. I have to buy a blanket to fit this saddle my old wool forward seat pad is too small and kinda the wrong shape somewhat. I rode him with an egg butt snaffle that fit him well and is a good bit. He was OK with that, I have been bitting him up for years so to have a bridle in the mouth is no big deal. I let him out to graze this morning. Can a horse get too much green stuff? its going to be weeds if it gets bigger so its not a crop or anything. Some of this stuff was oat hay years ago before my house was built. I want to drive my pony today sometime. She is a borrowed mini with cart and all. She is very fun. Sylvia
