There are 16 Icelandics with AERC numbers. By comparison, there are 14,006 Arabs. I have this truly petty thing I do - you can do it too. If someone tells me he/she has an endurance horse or is a big time endurance rider, I go to the AERC website and check the stats. You can look up records by the rider's name or the horse's. My experience is, in general, that the folks with more miles are quiter than those with only a handful. Nancy
