Interesting. So, out of 25,000 total horses, my quick tally makes it look as if there might be about 400-600 gaited horses - all breeds - in that list? Maybe 1-1.5%? Don't gaited horses make up more like 15-20% of the total horse population in the USA? I didn't buy her as an endurance prospect, so I never bothered to check to see if that was even right. I don't think her owner had any reason to make it up - she sincerely seemed to want to find her a good home. These numbers include "full" endurance (50+ miles) and LD horses? What about CTR?
