I would send her to Judy's clicker training list. 
Clicker training is such a good thing to develop trust
and a sense of partnership between horse and human. 
It develops that partnership with ALL positive-ness
and NO pressure.  It has saved Whisper and I, and I
love that mare - loved her before she was born.
