Hi Malin,
It strikes me as so odd that in one year, so many places around the globe
didn't have good growing weather. Yikes. The US was beseiged by droughts
in the South East, too much rain other places last year. It was like there
were few places that had typical weather.
Have you noticed a lot more horses going to slaughter because of farmers
not having enough to feed them? I am even noticing, in my own area, that
many people are looking to give away their dogs and cats -- animals they've had
for years. Many give the excuse of moving out of state and not being able to
take the animal(s) with them. . . I don't know why moving would mean you
couldn't take your beloved family dog?? but . . .then again, there's no
question people are struggling financially in our area right now.
I fear I will start to see skinny horses out in fields soon. . . .
