Sue, you can read some of the different saddle fitting articles here: http://iceryder.net/saddlefittingguides.html It's good information to print out to read in down time, waiting periods, etc. Not all of the writers of the articles agree, and you will find differing points of reference. Also, some of the thinking is old and outdated. (Have you been able to read the thread on ESI about sitting position?) That being said, it's good to read all of the different articles and opinion, and establish a basis of information for your own use in determining what's good and what's not good in your own mind and your own situation.
