I think it was the oat hay that was fed to Cookie when we had to board the 
horses, that caused her to become so heavy and potentially IR.

We finally have her weight under control.  It helps feeding the horses 
separately as she is a fast eater and Charm is a slow eater, so Cookie was 
getting her own food and half of Charm's.
