a friend has asked me to pass on this message: I'm trying to help a website called www.equinesection.com find homes for horses/donkeys/ponies that are in France at a fattening farm. some of them are pregnant and marked urgent, which means they will probably on the next lorry to Italy to be slaughtered. Please spread the word about the site and the plight of these poor animals to horsey friends. Its not as much as people think to transport them over to UK and all details are on the site.
