Mom and I did the same 10 mile ride that I did with
Sharon last week that made me have jello legs and
Whisper a bit grumpy. But instead of trotting and
cantering, Whisper was in her saddle rack. I pushed
her up into trot a couple of times to let her stretch
her back, and she lowered her had and rounded up. She
was in a much beter mood than last week. Funny part
is, it only took us 15 minutes more. But instead of
doing a lot of trotting, cantering and walking,
yesterday, Mom and I did mostly gaiting, with just a
bit of walking. At the speed we go, the horse's can
gait for a long while easily. When pushed for speed,
mom's horse gets too pacy, and Whisper will go into
trot.

Whisper also led for much of the ride! What a good
girl she is!

What town is Prineville in? That is so pretty, I may
have to consider it for next year!
