Then I guess it doesn't matter the breed, sex or age of a dog, if i sees a porcupine it'll go after it.
Not just dogs, either. I had to pull a quill out of the soft little nose of a yearling filly. I looked out across the fields one day and saw our neighbor's heifers standing in a complete circle, noses in, tails out. Not being a cow person, I thought that was pretty cute. They had to bring them all in to the barn later and run them through a chute to pull the quills out of their faces. Poor things. Nancy
