I believe the Kier registry is handled by the same overall registry that handles all the Colonial Spanish horses, including the Bankers and the Florida Crackers. While each meets the criteria to be a separate breed, the overall registry is the Horse of Americas - HOA. I don't know if you noticed Bart's height compared to the board fence. He's about 13H, not over 13.2H - my favorite size. He's not noticeably gaited, although I think I might have seen a glimpse of foxtrot once or twice. It doesn't matter - I'm assuming for now that he's three-gaited. Karen Thomas, NC
