> two swollen > nodules under his jaw and his nose was swollen. Hi Connie, When I got my mare the first summer she also got two big swollen nodules under her jaw. I had the vet do bloodwork and it turned out to be a reaction to black patch, the toxic mold that grows on clover leaves. The nodules in her case were swollen lymph nodes. Not sure if this will help you but it might be something to look into. She has them again this summer also.
