Well Mic, lets see, I will say that I have used it many times at well over 260 lbs....I now weigh 225lbs....I have been doing the Simeons protocol since March and have lost over 40 pounds with this protocol. ( I struggled for 1 1/2 years to lose 20 pounds before this) I am on my last day today of the 2nd round of Phase 2......now I go onto Phase 3 again for 8 weeks, where your weight should only fluctuate either 2 pounds less or 2 pounds more.....its really amazing. Its not a diet, but actually resets and changes your metabolism. I have not been 225 lbs since I was around 22 years old.....after my next round I should be under 200.....I have gone from a size 26 to a size 18 in these last few months...from a 3X button shirt to now an XL. I think my horses love it! Anyway, I know these are high numbers and many of you have never really had weigtht issues like this, but this is the only thing that has worked. After you lose the weight you want you are supposed to eat organic foods, not highly processed foods...they say thats one of the reasons for the weight to hang on. Anyway its a good book by Kevein Trudeau But yes the little tripod can handle a big load! Skye
