Hi Umesh
Did you check all logs? In my case (postgresql) there was a login Problem (I
had the same problem). Looking into icinga-log I could see that the web
couldn't login, locally with pgsql (in your case mysql) it worked.
Did you grant login for localhost, 127.0.0.1, ::1?
I would have to redo this situation, but it was a login problem.
Please check all logs again!
