the database for web credentials and the monitoring information are different
ones. If you installed the icinga2-ido-mysql package and choose automatic
configuration you will find the database information for monitoring in
/etc/icinga2/features-enabled/ido-mysql.conf (see for example the database
name)

These information needs to be added in your icingaweb2 for the monitoring
plugin.
