The Session Lifetime (the time until the Icinga Web session expires) can be
configured on global level in the file
/usr/local/icinga-web/app/config/factories.xml :
<ae:parameter name="session_cookie_lifetime">3600</ae:parameter>

Hi All,
I've got a similar question about the icinga-web. Does anyone know a way to
change the settings on the login. For example the setting the timeout for
inactive use.
As an answer to the question posted:
open Admin:
Select the user and Edit the user.
under Principals you can add new principal. Those could be a hostgroup or
servicegroup. They just have to conrespond to any that you already have defined.

I'm new to the list and still not an active icinga user:)
Is it possible to control the access on the web interface (or the API) to
distinct resources?
For example I mean user can see or modify only the host1 and host2, or the
service_group1.
