Did you upgrade idoutils?

You should be able to find the scripts in icinga-1.4.0/module/idoutils/db/ for
your given database... there's a script in there that should help but don't
forget to check out the docs!

Error in /var/log/message after upgrading from 1.3.0 to 1.4.0:
Error: DB Version 1.3.1 does not match needed schema version 1.4.0. Please
check the upgrade docs!
