I'm running Debian 6/Squeeze, MySQL 5, fresh install from source of Icinga 1.6.1 with IDOUtils. I followed the QuickStart at http://docs.icinga.org/latest/en/quickstart-idoutils.html. This is working at a basic level, but when I look at the database, none of the tables are populated with data.
I also installed Icinga-Web. I can sign in to that no problem, it appears to be fine, but none of the hosts defined in the base install of Icinga are showing in the new web. I checked the troubleshooting steps and the apache logs show no errors, the icinga logs show no errors, I set ido2db for debug and the ido2db.debug shows no errors. I'm not sure where I went wrong, I rechecked all my configs and they all look correct, I used the default usernames/passwords for the database configs (icinga/icinga and icinga-web/icinga-web). I'm stuck on what to check next to get this working. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
