    Do you see IDOMOD initialising in the icinga.log file?  If not,
the configuration file for it (in ~icinga/etc/modules/idoutils.cfg)
may be missing.  Also, is ido2db running?  If ido2db is not running,
nothing will make it into the database (although a symptom of this
is that you'll see "unable to connect to data sink" entries in your
icinga.log file).

    If the above hints don't yield any joy, we'll need (comment/blank
line stripped) versions of your icinga.cfg, idomod.cfg, and ido2db.cfg
files.
