Yes why not if I well understand how it works. :)
My questions:
1) If I create a restriction on a particular hostgroup and no restriction
on a servicegroup, all the services of the hosts of this group will be
available for the user ?
2) How do work the customvariables?
3) Could you confirm me that the only way to grant access to an host to an
user is to use a group?
