I installed with the following parameters: ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/icinga --with-cgiurl=/icinga/cgi-bin --with-htmurl=/icinga --with-nagios-user=icinga --with-nagios-group=icinga > > How is your configuration for PNP, do you have the > "process_performance_data" per host/hostgroup or is it globally > configured in icinga.cfg ? > > What "host_perfdata_command" / "service_perfdata_command" are you > using, and where is it defined? > The above commands are defined in icinga.cfg. See: host_perfdata_command=process-host-perfdata service_perfdata_command=process-service-perfdata perfdata_timeout=5 process_performance_data=1 > > > Maybe you got it right in the "per host configuration" but it isnt > configured globally? So I managed to install icinga, icinga-web, and pnp4nagios nconf. The icinga shows currently the host localhost, the graph is generated for the localhost. But when I create a host in Nconf (eg host1) it is created in icinga but does not generate chart in pnp4nagios. Looking at "/ usr/local/pnp4nagios/var/perfdata /" directory related to new host has not been created. Another thing I notice is that after creating a new host graph also be generated for the localhost. Appears, but still update the graphics. > > > > I hoe that helps to get you on the right track. > > > > > > > > > > Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Greetings > > > > Benedict Rosner > > ------------------------ > > > > > > > > > > > -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- > Von: Leandro @GuiadoPC <lean...@guiadopc.info> > Gesendet: Fr 20.04.2012 01:22 > Betreff: [icinga-users] How do I use Icinga + Nconf + > Pnp4nagios? > An: icinga-users@lists.sourceforge.net; > > Dears, > > I'm trying to implement a monitoring server and I am > scratching their heads at the autoconfiguration.
