1) plugin must provide valid perfdata
2) service object must have perfdata enabled
3) icinga must have perfdata processing enabled
4) pnp must receive valid perfdata syntax, to be defined in icinga.cfg
5) depending on the pnp mode, the config must be correct

in order to proof those steps, provide your configuration on those here.
