The installation of the icinga 1.7 application has been completed along with
the nagios-plugins 1.4.15 source files. When the configuration
was done with the latter, the options that were used were the following:
--prefix=/usr/local/icinga' '--with-cgi-url=/icinga/cgi-bin'
'--with-htmurl=icinga' '--with-nagios-user=icinga' '--with-nagios-group=icinga'
It appeared the plugins installed without issue, and when they are run on the
localhost, the output appears to be correct. When checking
the icinga.log file, entries like the one shown below repeatedly appear in the
file.
[1338145128] error executing command '/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_nrpe': No
such file or directory. Make sure that the file actually exists (in PATH, if
set) and is executable!
What would cause these errors to occur, and should I be concerned?
