that is not the way dependencies work , quite the opposite .
If service A will fail the alerts and execution for service B can be
suppressed , but not the way you want it .
while service A works fine , service B will report back and will be
queried .
At the moment there is no way to tell a service "only check Service Y if
service X fails".

services configured and enabled, but service B will be executed and
