Hello. I'm installing new monitoring server and icinga with pnp is part of it. Running on Centos6 x64 - everything installed from rpmforge rpms: icinga-1.7.2-1.el6.rf.x86_64 icinga-doc-1.7.2-1.el6.rf.x86_64 icinga-web-module-pnp-1.7.2-2.el6.rf.noarch icinga-api-1.5.1-1.el6.rf.x86_64 icinga-web-1.7.2-2.el6.rf.noarch icinga-gui-1.7.2-1.el6.rf.x86_64 pnp4nagios-0.6.18-icinga.3.el6.i386 icinga-idoutils-libdbi-mysql-1.7.2-1.el6.rf.x86_64
I worked out all the issues with SElinux and the fact that changes to /etc/icinga-web/conf.d/databases.xml do nothing and the file that needs changing is actually in /usr/share/icinga-web/app/config/databases.xml (can someone look into this btw?) One thing though I'm not able to figure out - icinga complains about npcd not being found, but it is there. syslog icinga: Error: Could not load module '/usr/lib/icinga/brokers/npcdmod.o' -> file not found I tried everything - changing permissions, turning off SElinux, moving the file - no thing helps. /usr/lib64/icinga/idomod.so load just OK btw.
