I use blosxom on the same server (I do not use icinga-web, but the traditional icinga web interface). Some initial info is on <http://www.openfusion.net/blosxom/blosxom4nagios>, the file to use (with install readme) is <http://www.openfusion.com.au/labs/dist/blosxom4nagios-0.2.4.tar.gz>. Simply change the config in the respective files according to your directories (mostly, replace "nagios" by "icinga").
