Is the openSUSE Build Service official? If so, pick from
<http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/monitoring/> :-). I
use the packages from the SLE_11_SP2/ and SLE_11_SP3/ repositories.

We have a SUSE Manager too, but it will go away as soon as the licenses
expire. It's causing more work than it saves here.

I think this works, since the packages are built against the SLES
codebase. And they are quite up to date.
